The time on this clock is automatically refreshed daily.I have used the unit in Italy.The time continually alternates between European time and British time (one hour difference).Even if I manually set the time, the refresh feature cannot be disabled.I have experimented with different locations in the house, but I can't resolve the problem.I cannot trust this clock as an alarm clock (I did once, and while the clock was correct when I went to sleep, it had gotten out of kilter by morning).It's a great idea, but it doesn't work.Click Here to see more reviews about: Fulcrum Global Radio Control Travel Alarm
