Clip Lamp Alarm Clock Review

My daughter recently got a loft bed and we were looking for an alarm clock that she could use up there.She had a clip on light for reading that did the trick, so this seemed like it would combine two funtions in one device.There are a couple of problems.First, the light isn't really bright enough to read by - it's quite dim.Second, the clock is on top of the light.If you have the light positioned so that it shines light down onto your book, you can't actually see the clock display.If you position it so you can see the clock, you can't read by the light.

Oh, and the bulb burned out after less than a week of use, and it's not a common size and you need a tiny phillips head screwdriver to change it.Not exactly convenient.

Back to the drawing board.
