Flying Alarm Clock Review

Flying Alarm ClockI received this as gift.It is perfect for me--almost--but I cannot figure out how to set it---Honest, I have a college degree and have had two other people try.Mine only has 5 buttons: Demo set snooze up and mode. The demo sounds like an airplane taking off--seems loud enough to wake me.It has a different alarm for different days feature that I think is terrific. I have successfully set the alarm for several days, and I managed the date, but I cannnot, for the life of me, set the time. I can get the right # but it just keeps flashing. There were NO instructional papers in or on the box! I guess it is still effective. I am lying awake nights trying to figure this out, so I don't need an alarm anymore. PS--if anyone else can help me please explain in a review below.
