I bought mine from Amazon seller "Buy the Best Incorporated" and received the Clock-Safe in broken condition in a resealed box. It had to be obvious to the seller that the product he shipped was used and broken. I left a "seller feedback" stating the above, Amazon promptly removed my feedback. BE CAREFUL, I've lost confidence in Amazon over this sale.
