I've had my sunrise clock for about 3 months now and am glad I bought it.I routinely get up at 5:00, and it's always been difficult, especially in winter.I would wake up, glance at the dark, cold room, and turn back over with a moan.Now the clock brightens gradually from 4:30 to full bright at five, and I'm ready to get out of bed.Even if I sleep late on the weekend, my circadian clock knows that the lights come on at 5:00 and its easy to get up Monday morning.

I have one beef with this clock: it has no memory.Whenever there's a power blink, it's necessary not only to set the correct time, but also to re-enter ALL your settings.Flash memory or a battery backup would be a big improvement.
