I bought this to use as an alarm clock with the added feature of a thermometer but there is NO alarm clock. Additionally, when I put the batteries in both units, they sat side by side and gave me two different temperature readings. It wasn't off by much but it should still have given me the same reading.10/21/09 Update: The outdoor thermometer stopped working about 1 week ago. The outdoor temp is stuck at 50.0 F and new batteries and bringing it indoor did nothing. I feel so ripped off. I wish I can give this product zero stars.
