Clocky Mobile Alarm Clock - Mustard Review

Clocky Mobile Alarm Clock - MustardThis was a fun and useful product until it broke (runs away, but stopped making any alarm sound).I was past the return period from the store where I bought it so I contacted Nanda for warranty service. And I contacted Nanda again. And I contacted Nanda again.I emailed them.I called them on the phone.I even wrote a letter (a real honest to goodness letter - you know, with a stamp).Every time I spoke to someone, they said they would have to get back in touch with me, but they never did.Always apologetic, but never solving the problem. It's too bad. They obviously are a small company and I was rooting for them. They don't seem to be run very well.Nanda, if you're listening, it's and I would still like a working Clocky.Nanda's customer support is awful. It's hard to recommend Clocky for this reason.

Timex T101B Extra Loud Led Alarm Clock - Black Review

Timex T101B Extra Loud Led Alarm Clock - BlackIf you just need an alarm clock to tell the time and get you out of bed get this one. It more than gets the job done. I was looking for a bedside clock, no radio, no projection, no gimmicks, and after a very very long internet search came across this nice little clock. If you're just looking for a basic alarm clock for a low price this is the one to get! It has more bells and whistles than a regular clock, 9 minute snooze (of course it MUST have the SNOOZE feature), automatic reset/off alarm button, on/off alarm button, and loud/soft alarm noise button. This really will look attractive on your bedside/living room end table/kitchen counter and it comes in different colors too. The black looks very attractive on my bedside table. It has good heft/weight to it too, giving it a feeling of a quality made product that will last for years. The brightness of the display is perfect, not too dim, not too bright. I was looking at analogue clocks but this one is a beauty compared to the two previous analogue clocks I had and has a PM light indicator, Alarm On indicator, and a low back up battery indicator besides. The alarm will go off for two hours before automatically turning off (leave home/apt. and forget to turn it off), and the snooze feature will go off every 9 minutes as long as you keep pressing it, and the feature will automatically turn itself off after 2 hours (do you really need more than that, reset the alarm). It is nice and compact so it doesn't take up too much room. Besides this clock is electric so batteries are no longer a concern. This is a nice quality, attractive product that seems like it will last a very long time (much better quality than my Timex battery powered analogue clock, much better looking, and it's both heavier and smaller at the same time). Other reviews state the snooze button is located too close to the alarm off button (may accidently press it instead), but I have had absolutely no problem distinguishing between the two buttons, especially given their size, and it isn't even a concern to me. I should also include that I thought analogue was the way to go, but the digital display on this is of high quality, is easy on the eyes at night, and having to reach over to press a button to see the time in the dark is no longer an issue. So get this clock it's a no-brainer with more than enough features to ensure this is the alarm clock you will be glad you purchased. I think it's worth more than I paid for it!

Laser Target Alarm Clock Review

Laser Target Alarm ClockWe purchased this for a xmas present. It was broken when we opened it up. Once a battery was put in it just blinked you could not set the clock or alarm.
We sent it back and got another one. We could not do an exchange we had to do a return and then reorder and it ended up costing us more.
The second one we had to open up the laser pointer and clean the batteries before it would work. They were a little corroded.
It works.........but the alarm is so quiet.....and it is a little toon not a typical alarm sound. Wake up my teenager? Never ! He just uses it to mess with, but has another alarm to actually wake him up.

Equity 30240 LED Alarm Clock with Super-Loud Alarm and Front Speakers Review

Equity 30240 LED Alarm Clock with Super-Loud Alarm and Front SpeakersThis clock is listed as an extra loud alarm clock. You can barely hear it if you were already awake. What a joke. If you depend on this clock to wake you so your not late for work, forget it. I think someone tapping his finger on a piece of cotton would almost be as effective. I sent it back.

Magnavox MCR140 Big Display Alarm Clock Radio Review

Magnavox MCR140 Big Display Alarm Clock RadioI wanted a clock radio with a large screen but one that looked relatively stylish as well. This Magnavox fit the bill with numerals nearly 1.5 inches tall (which is unusually large for a clock radio). It's easy to see the time from far across the room.

The appearance of the unit is also really nice, with rounded edges and some minimalist modern flair, as opposed to the boxy black mediocrity that you normally find in this price category ($15-20).

Lastly, the radio on this unit has excellent sound quality and projects well across my large living room. The sound quality is crystal clear and doesn't sound muffled the way most clock radios of this price do.

My only gripe is that the internal antenna seems highly vulnerable to movement in the room, and I'll often times have good reception when I'm standing near the radio, but as I move away from it, the sound becomes static-filled. This doesn't happen all the time, and it seems to depend on the placement of the radio on my shelf (if I move it half an inch one way or the other, it usually fixes the static issues), but it does get annoying on occasion.

TIMEX T101R Extra Loud LED Alarm Clock (Red) Review

TIMEX T101R Extra Loud LED Alarm ClockIt works... It's simple but the problem is that the snooze button is skinny and long and are directly next to the buttons that turn off your alarm. So, being a major snooze addict, I have on a few occasions accidentally turned off the alarm when meaning to simply snooze.
